~FRIENDS~

It's a story about a family life of two friends, for Hadley and Hemingway were first of all friends. It's my first book about Hemingway, and now that I am going to read his work, I believe I will better understand it, knowing what a determination he had to become a writer and knowing who supported him in the first, and the longest stretch of this uneasy road. Wonderful, sincere book about one family unit that could have been sustained forever, if the husband were to make different choices, or if the wife was a less loving and more egoistical one.
