Equally appreciated by male high school senior and his so uncool mom. This memoir opens on the author's first day of seventh grade, when everyone figures out that Paul Feig sounds like Paul Fag, and his social status continues to unravel from there...through bad prom dates, gym class humiliations, and Halloween costume misfires. Both son and I were surprised that anyone would be willing to dredge up these memories, let alone share them with such humor. Feig has has a successful career in TV, and is the guy behind the short-lived series "Freaks and Geeks."
