While Hunter certainly presents an interesting take on culture and Christianity, his conclusions are thin and seem to ignore a whole body of work that preceded and informed the alternative method he presents. He caricatures Stanley Hauerwas's teachings and then proceeds to present something very close to Hauerwas's ideas as a better way. If someone is truly serious about changing the world, they should read Hauerwas's works instead.
