I always enjoy the mysteries in this series written by a former sex crimes prosecutor for New York City. Linda Fairstein always makes the city feel like one of the characters and this book is no different. Weaving various religious denominations and houses of worship into the story of a serial killer, Fairstein ustilizes a very fast pace to tell her story. This book has less personal details and interaction among the characters which does not detract from the story, but the characters remain true as she has written them before in her other novels.
