just liked it - did not love it. the author was recommended to me by a friend, and she said they were fast paced page turner type of books. even though it's not the kind of book i'd pick up normally, i gave it a go.

i liked it, but some things about it bothered me. for instance, all the "clock in his head" talk was really working my nerve. my husband is one of those people who has a pretty good idea of what time it is, but NOBODY can possibly the time (in different time zones even) down to the minute. please.

the rest of it was good. i think this story moved a bit slowly, but it still kept you interested and all things considered, i finished the book pretty quickly. i got this at the library & i'll give other jack reacher novels a try - this one just wasn't the best i've ever read.
