Lori Handeland's 'Red Moon Rising' - good skinwalker story. The novelist and soldier were a great match, and I appreciated the instant attraction. Throughly enjoyed the romance and plot.
Sherrilyn Kenyon's 'Winter Born' - I was looking forward to Dante's story, it wasn't as good as I hoped. Pandora's misgivings were understandable, but the exchange between the two just wasn't as good as her usual.
LA Banks 'Make it Last Forever' - my first of hers, I went on to read the series, but frankly - this short story was better.
Amanda Ashely 'Born of the Night' - She writes good short, and I plan to read some of her full length novels soon. If they're anything like her shorts - it'll be good.
