When his older brother with conduct disorder threatens to kill his horse, a young man saddles up and runs away from home. Having lived with his brother's misconduct for years, he know the threat is real and that the adults in his life cannot keep him or his horse safe. Told in journal form, this deserves 3.5 stars. Strong language.
