I love the interaction between these two sisters - they are such a perfect foil of one another. Both personalities are perhaps a bit of a caricature or hyperbole, but (based on my experience growing up in a family of all girls) are not necessarily unbelievable, either.

Austen's subtle nuances in her descriptions of the supporting cast are fantastic. This is certainly a book that improves with multiple readings, as I notice something new every time.
