My girls are back! And once again, too much is untold as secrets are kept in the Urban Lit: "Truthfully Untold...", resulting in some serious outcomes! I enjoyed the continued stories of Ari, Heaven, Marissa, and Katora, and their family. Some new characters are introduced in the book that gives it more of a dramatic flow than the first of the series "Too Much Untold".
Without spoiling too many of the story's secrets, I can say that a couple of bombshells are dropped, making for more jaw-dropping moments like that of the first book. Dominique does a great job in building up a storyline, and positioning the characters into their proper roles. Their situations are told in detailed fashion, giving you a clear view of what the character is going through. Each subplot is built up to conjoin together...bring the girls' stories to a head later on down the road. There's plenty that is going on in the story to hold your interest, making it a page turner.
I did have a problem with the editing of the book. There were plenty of grammatical errors that stopped the flow of the story. This can be overlooked in the future with a re-edited version.
Overall, "Truthfully Untold..." is a winner that gets you in a comfort zone with the four main characters, tucking you away in each of their stories and keeping you on the edge.
