Very inspiring and practical guide for non-mothers and mothers alike. I recommend this to all my running lady friends, especially moms. I got this for free through my Kindle and it was about running so I gambled on it. I found it applicable to me as a working woman, I have similar struggles to find time to run, and I can totally relate to what these ladies are talking about. It's super motivating, and perfect for a beginner like me. It's about women who love to run and how they manage to carve out time for running, training, and racing. Definitely recommend this to all my girlfriend runners. I especially appreciated the section on how to deal with your bowels mid-run, no one writes about this. Spread the word!
