I don't know what Neil Pasricha's day job is, but hopefully it has something to do with writing, because he has a fantastic way with words. From dusting off the "floor spice" after picking up a fallen piece of food within five seconds, to describing the installation of stoplights on an open two-lane road as contributing to "the jungle of progress"-- not to mention the pet names he gives to colons and pessimists alike (Cole and Pessy, respectively)-- he comes off sounding wholly witty, but without the snark that so often accompanies that attribute. I cracked open this book during a particularly grey-start of a workday, and it helped remind me to turn my perspective around. Good stuff. (=
