This collection of loosely connected stories about a post-apocalyptic America was published for a general audience but probably serves better as a cautionary tale, specifically for Mormons but also for any group that considers itself a chosen people. There's good writing here, appreciated most fully by readers who are or have been immersed in Mormon culture.
