I was looking for an ebook in Goodreads and came to this and it caught my interest as the plot seems to be good and it says adult reading although I don’t read much of adult reading as I enjoy more young adult books (even if it has some scenes-that-you-know, include sex, and well, young adult could be adult in a few more years.lol. here I am, mumbling again)so, I decided to give this a try.

It was a light read but I did enjoy is quite well. I’m glad that I decided to read this one. The twists on the story builds up and up until the two main characters, Elise and Kane begin to doubt their own relationship just when they started to fall for each other after their forced (or rather) arranged mating as Kane is the Alpha that seeks for alliance with Elise’s Alpha father for the stability of their clans. The author did quite an impressive job on keeping the conflicts on the wrap to point them on Ryne’s way when it was Marla all over, that conniving biatch (sorry for the term). I don’t know, it was a good read like I said, nothing very monumental but I really enjoyed reading this one. Because of that, I’ll be looking for other Nicky Charles books to add on my to-read list. ;)
