I enjoyed the world of shapeshifting weredragons, werespiders, etc. The plot was good and the ending great.
What I didn't really like was Jennifer, she came across as an extremely disrespectful, self-centered, whiny brat (ok, so a somewhat typical American teenager). Oh well, there is certainly room there for some character growth. We will see what the next book brings.
