Wodehouse's Jeeves series is hilarious, and this book is no exception.

After reading my first snatch of Jeeves books I watched some episodes of the BBC production Jeeves and Wooster, one of which (several of which? I don't remember) included this book. Knowing the plot line beforehand didn't make the book any less enjoyable. And now that I've seen some of the brilliant show, I can't get Steven Fry and Hugh Laurie out of my brain as Jeeves and Wooster, respectively. Nor should I want to. (Youtube Jeeves & Wooster Minnie the Moocher for a great taste.)

High marks to Jeeves and Wooster and this book. Wodehouse is Laugh Out Loud Funny* in any format.

*Disclaimer: I have been accused of being secretly British. What's wrong, I ask you, with appreciating good British humor (Sorry: humour)? I can't guarantee a Laugh Out Loud Funny status for the Jeeves series, or the BBC series, if you're not a British-humour-lover like I am.

Justin I told you about the show AGES ago! Scoff at my suggestions why don't you.

Tamra How long ago is ages ago? We watched it a few years back, as soon as I was aware that Wodehouse existed.
