I don't think I have read something so overwhelming in a while.
It is a book of bold, dark strokes, which inspire far stronger emotions than carefully crafted art.

Mine is second.

Madhuri I loved the second one too - the mad rush after one look. But I was hooked to the words, when, on the second page of the book two strangers cross paths and stare at each other.

Sunil Yes, that's wonderful indeed. Check the 4-5 paragraphs that describe the storm in the first. Notice the defence mechanisms so wonderfully written - Damon snapping out with Irish traveller in 2 ( displacement) , Damon weeping before the grave in Morocco in 3 (displacement).

Reiner is great postmodern character study which no author has written about before.
