An unexpectedly entertaining book. However, before I shower it with praise I need to get a few things out of the way.

(view spoiler)

And if you can get by that, you'll see that the entire book is just one quirky and fun story. I'm not sure what it is, whether it was the writing style or what, but I found the entire thing strangely captivating. I couldn't stop reading, and finished it in all of two days. Under the humour, the themes are quite heavy and the end message especially made me think.
