    <body><![CDATA[Mixed feelings on this book. I thought the basic plan it laid out was solid and I've already had some help from using it, but I also felt like it repeated itself a lot and kind of rambled on with personal stories a little too much. I was also not exactly thrilled with the attitude it had about medication. But overall I did think it had some very helpful things to say and I did get something out of it.]]></body>
