Vickie McDonough's third book in the Boardinghouse Brides trilogy is possibly her best yet. Written with humor, charm, and no shortage of sweet romance, FINALLY A BRIDE tells the story of the grown-up "Jack," daughter of Rachel, the heroine of the first book, THE ANONYMOUS BRIDE. Jack is as spunky as ever, finding new ways to get herself into (and out of) trouble while trying in vain to resist her attraction to the new preacher, Noah Jeffers. Other familiar characters also return, including Carly, the "outlaw bride" from the first book, and it's a delight to see her love story unfold. All the story lines come full circle, wrapping up the series in a truly satisfying ending. Vickie McDonough is coming into her own as a popular inspirational historical romance author. Her books just keep getting better and better!
