The two sides of organ donation--the loss and grief of the giving family and the joy and hope of the recipient family. Although pretty predictible and not too insightful, the book pretty accurately portrays both family situations. I liked the author's choice to flip back & forth between the mother's stories as an effective way to tell the story. I only wish there was more as the connection was made at the end and I wished to know more. Maybe a sequel?
