My review is somewhat of a point-counterpoint: This is a book in the Moneyball vein, though it's not as well-written or as broadly-appealing. Nevertheless, I enjoyed this story about the TB Rays' turnaround, which includes several (hometown) Houston characters, i.e. Carl Crawford, GM Andrew Friedman, and a couple others. Personally, I couldn't put it down, but I'd exclusively recommend it to big baseball fans.
