been reading this book on and off for ages, probably longer than i've put on the date i started thing, its not that it's not good, infact its kinda great, its a sort of re animation of the series and of douglas adam's narrative voice, it grabs you but just for not all that long and being the sort of person that i am i tend to flick and flit between things, in any case its still a good book,if a bit long for something attempting to mimic the brilliant douglas adams, i hope colfer does another one.

NerdyJen I understand completely. I bought it when it first came out in hardcover, read the first five chapters, but have yet to finish it. I have it both in ebook and hardcover, but just can't seem to get around to it.

Phillip Goodman well i finished it now and it is worth it, it's not quite as spot on as DNA's originals, but it is very good all the same, a little over long, and a little too cluttered, writing was often a struggle for adams and i think it made him a better writer, even though it may also have killed him as he would exercise alot to avoid writing deadlines, colfer could probably use a bit of that, might make his writing alittle tighter, though having said that this is all that i've read of his, perhaps the preasure just got to him...

NerdyJen Maybe I'll finish it next. I've been reading ebooks more than paper books lately.
