This is a Franco-Chinese graphic novel, which apparently hasn't been translated to English. It's about one man's life in China trough the decades. The first volume concentrates on his childhood in the 50's and 60's, during Great Leap Forward and Cultural Revolution. Harrowing stuff. The art could probably be a little better. The book was visually interesting but not stunning.
