Holy crap. Never read this whole book in two days if you're already depressed and feeling inadequate. You will hurt yourself.

Why did I do that? I was comparing it to a $600 program I bought; wanted to see if I could get roughly the same thing from this book (if so, I wanted to know before the refund period ends next week!). As far as the info goes, the answer is YES. I'm 99% sure the program was based on the system described in this book. It's almost identical.

Anyway, I believe if you read the book slowly, at the rate at which you answer the workbook questions, you will get a ton of awesome advice and set yourself up to be golden. Most of what he says is really solid and brilliant, although so so soooooo much people stuff, I don't know if I'm personally cut out for this. How can I both be my realest self _and_ be the queen of the party like he wants me to be? Most of the networking stuff makes me want to run screaming away and hide under the bed. Sigh.

Ironically, I'm reading this at the same time as _Crazy Busy: Overstretched, Overbooked, and About to Snap!_ But the first thing the author suggests is ditching all of your energy-sucking clients so you can focus on your best ones and excel like a maniac. So maybe they're not that incompatible after all.

This seems like a really good book, just ran out of time. Argh. Left off p. 75.
