Another story of the Argeneau family. This time it is Thomas as he goes on a trip to find his missing aunt, Marguerite. Inez, a mortal working for Argeneau Enterprises was called to meet Thomas at the airport and assist him with his investigation, but when Thomas blows past Inez at the airport, her temper gets the best of her and off she goes to give Thomas a piece of her mind.
Thomas proves to be charming and considerate and Inez reconsiders her opinion, until he bites her!
That was one way to find out the company you work for is a company of vampires.
When Thomas finds he can't wipe Inez's memory he finds that she is his lifemate. The story if fun as Thomas tries to explain to Inez about vampires, lifemates and his love for her, as they try to find Marguerite and keep Inez from being killed.
Again I liked the romance and in this story there were many more characters of the Argeneau family. The only failing was the resolution of Marguerite's disappearance, there was a big build up throughout the story but the ending was not really there. Because of the romance I would give it 3.5 stars.
