Really enjoyed this book! Compelling plot and some interesting info about running and how the human body is made. I have never been able to comprehend why anyone would want to run a marathon let alone a 50-100 mile race. I struggle to run one mile so this book was a bit mind-blowing for me. Fun & educational read!

Gail It's gotta be in their DNA, right?!

Melissa Jill For sure. But it also sounds like form and shoes have something to do with it. I'll never run 50 miles in a row but maybe I can figure out how not to get injured running 2 a day...
