Loved the premise of this book. The author's life was turned upside down in many ways. A common theme these days is to look for what you are grateful for and it will make you feel better. This book had a different twist though in that he actually wrote 365 thank you notes and it turned his life around. I'm a big believer in the written note, but this guy puts me to shame. Loved some of the different reasons he sent thank you notes (even gave one to his Starbucks barrista). I think a lot of us often feel gratitude towards somebody, but don't take the time to sit down and tell them. This book was inspiring in that sense. Only 3 stars though as toward the end I was skimming quite a bit. Some of the stories get a big bogged down and lengthy. Overall - a fun, quick and often inspiring book.
