really liked it

I ended up really enjoying this book - but it took me about 100 pages to get into it.

The book centers around dealing with family, relationship, and career choices - the good, the bad, the ugly.

Read this after you've read the book - and then send me a message with your thoughts!

Two things shocked me in this book.
Maggie - After spending time at Harvard and then moving in with Ella, I was flabergasted when she said she wanted to take money from Ella. I was totally convinced she was a changed person! She wasn't going out and partying all night. She got a job right away. Man, I was so mad when I read that part!

Sydelle. When she pulled out the "before" pictures of Rose at the bridal brunch I wanted to kill her. What is the matter with that person?! I had to invite all of my friends because Rose doesn't have any. Oh, I wanted to snatch her up right through the page!

I thought Maggie had changed once and I was wrong. Has she changed by the end of the book?
