Sippy Cups is a collection of short chapters on a variety of topics related to parenthood, with a hilarious take on what is prescribed versus what is reasonable. By no means would I consider it a parenting book... it's more exactly what you need after you've read and heard so much parenting advice that you're absolutely convinced you're going to screw it up, no matter what you do. Wilder-Taylor's take is best summed up in the last chapter where she addresses all of the parenting philosophies, known by various acronyms, and then introduces her own, CFS: Common Freaking Sense. It's an easy, refreshing read to remind new moms to lighten up, and that they're not in this alone.
