I really liked it I had images of those old dark movies like planet of the apes and I think it's called the time machine. Couldn't put it down and had to put it down aswell. The suspensful parts built up so much I sometime had to skip a head a few pages so I knew what happened and could stop holding my breath. I did go back once I knew what happened. Col and Riff were really lovable characters. I can't believe one person could actually survive in that place with all the back stabbing and manipulation. As much as the backstabbing and manipulation is what I hate from Jane Austen classics in this book it makes it so much better. Riff is a strong, smart mouth heroine with top notch fighting skills, you gotta love that. The juggernaut that they live in just blows my mind I kept having dreams about long dark corriders and clanking gears and allot of running so I'd say the book had a deep impact.
