Hard not to like Lencioni's work and storytelling. Some may comment that Miserable Job does not share any leadership perspectives that are earth shattering, yet the book is highly thought provoking and deep. Likely because as Brian the lead character says, these are things that most people may know, but they just don't think about them or apply them. A great and fast read for anyone in leadership, as the principles are transferable to many lines of work and leadership.
