really liked it
bookshelves: star-trek

Much more enjoyable than "Sarek", this is a story that uses the TNG crew very well, although the Andorian-child guest character is a touch too precocious at times. Apparently, it was a rejected TV script pitch...one that, luckily, translated very well to the printed page. I remember a visit to a very dull cottage up north as a teenager...and I wouldn't have survived if I hadn't taken this book along to preserve my mental health.
