it was amazing
bookshelves: readrepeatedly

Is it a children's book? Maybe, but with references like Milton, it's deep enough for any adult. Pullman explores innocence, original sin, the nature of betrayal and redemption. Add a talking armored polar bear and who can resist? One of my all-time favorites
