This was really great! It starts with a girl named Honora, who lives in Ireland and is planning to become a nun, but then she meets, and falls in love with a young man named Michael and the amazing story of their life together begins.

I've never been so connected to characters in a book before. I felt all the heartache and happiness that the family goes through, and when I was finished, I felt as if I really had spent 60 years with them. I was sad when it was done, and part of me wishes it could've gone on forevor, but I felt satisfied when it ended.

This book is an emotional roller-coaster and I loved it. Some parts were slow, but it always picked up again. I definitely recommend this to everyone.
