The Collected Stories of Philip K. Dick Volume 3: Second Variety by Philip K. Dick
Philip K. Dick is by far one of my favorite authors. He is definitely someone I can read over and over again. Second Variety is one of my favorite of his stories. The movie Screamers is based on it, but I turned that crap off almost immediately. Philip K. Dick specializes in surprise endings, which is probably why his stories have become increasingly popular with Hollywood.
