I'd probably give this 3.5 stars if I could. This was the strangest autobiography I ever read. It was so unsatisfying. He spent pages and pages on his antics as a child and then pages on his relationship with his girlfriend and then one sentence to say they broke up. He never really explained much. The girl in the italian bakery is barely a blip in the whole story and it's the title. Also, the way he talks about her in the end, I wonder what his wife thinks. In fact, I wonder what his wife thinks of the whole crazy story. scratching my head on this one.

Taymara Jagmohan I think the book is rooted in the author's personal life to some extent. Maybe he has probably experienced such a break-up and wished not to engrave it in his thourough book.
