** spoiler alert ** Unbelievably far-fetched plot that was so ridiculous, I was laughing. Also there was an abundance of that oh-so-glaring fault, which is when thriller writers make reference to how "this is real life," repeatedly reminding the reader - um, no, actually it's a drugstore novel. The characters were lots of fun, and I was very very pleased that the love interests not only didn't sleep together, but didn't even kiss. This is really great mindless audiobooking - especially great for a miserable, mind-numbing run, which is precisely what I used it for this morning.
