Laura's review of Reservation Road
Reservation Road (Vintage Contemporaries) by John Burnham Schwartz
Like some of the reviews on the book cover, this has the feel of a thriller. The book is lead by emotions and the characters, but it is suspenseful. I saw the ending coming, but that didn't deflect from my enjoyment of the reading. Very emotional material. I liked how the author divided the chapters by character to be able to use multiple POVs. It's something I was considering for a piece, and I'm glad to see it can work well.
