Abby Cooper, psychic intuitive, teams up with her friend and actual Private Investigator Candice in Crime Seen. After three months of recuperating from a bullet wound, Abby is itching for some independence from her boyfriend/nurse maid, but is reticent to get back into her day job. After all, if her psychic powers didn't keep her from getting shot, could she really trust them at all?

Another great tale from author Victoria Laurie. I am loving the development of the relationship between Abby and boyfriend Dutch. The last two books have made me cry at the end (good or bad, I won't say!). And after a few books of seeing Candice poke her head in and run, it's great to see her in action. She's exactly the kind of female character Abby can team up with. A very original story that's quite authentic. Really enjoyed it!!
