Crystal's review of PS, I Love You
PS, I Love You by Cecelia Ahern
After reading only half this book I have no desire to see the movie.
Now that it's cleared up, this book is written by the daughter of Ireland's Prime Minister and takes place completely and totally in Dublin. There is a lot of reference to Irish custom and cities/towns not to mention the language of the book is Irish. Of course this is why I love it so much.
I'm learning things like "queuing" means waiting in line and I love the word "snigger" for giggle. It's really been a fantastic read in that sense though I do have a hard time keeping an Irish accent going in my head, :).
