I was fascinated and saddened when this tragedy happened in 2004, right before Christmas. Bobbie Jo was so adorable and looked as if she could have been a friend of mine, and I was devastated for her family. This book did a good job of portraying Bobbie Jo in the way I imagined she was, but I didn't like the heavy focus on the killer Lisa Montgomery and her dysfunctional upbringing and life. I don't feel she deserved the attention or even the understanding this book seemed to extend to her. I feel badly for Lisa's 4 children, they didn't deserve this any more than Zeb Stinnett deserved to lose his wife or Baby Victoria to never know her mother. Victoria Stinnett is now 6 years old and I pray she has a happy life. I applaud Zeb for keeping Tori out of the public eye.
