What an absolute treat! A young American heads to England to complete her thesis on the secret identity of the Pink Carnation--a contemporary of The Scarlet Pimpernel and the Purple Gentian. Her research reveals a delicious story of adventure, romance, and just a hint of swashbuckling.

Brisk-paced, light-hearted, and often silly (in the very best way), I thoroughly enjoyed the book. Many thanks to Kristin, for convincing me to finally read it.
