An interesting work in which Gary North venomously attacks his father-in-law, R. J. Rushdoony. The form of patriarchalism which he was attacking is one which teaches that the sacraments should be administered by the head of the household to his family, id est, they are not the rites of the church. I did not have most of the books by Rushdoony which North was citing, so I cannot tell if the quotes he used were being quoted out of context, but overall, it was a good reminder for me that no one is perfect (both North and Rushdoony fall into that category).
