has good info. however, the author seems to believe that everyone wants to look and be his so called perfect. I don't think that everyone cares as much about this as he thinks or as he does. he has some good info though and if looking like the ppl in the after photos is your goal.. I guess this would work... as for me it isn't my goal in life i to be cookie cutter perfect.... and i enjoy cardio.. and think only being able to do it 20 mins would stink ( he only wants ppl to do 20 min 3X a week).

41979 As long as you do strength training to build muscle, doing lots of cardio should be fine, right? I love cardio. It's addictive. People don't move enough as it is, and 60 minutes of cardio a week is very much at all! I like doing 60 minutes in one go, like the 4 Mile walk video.

68772 yeah... i dunno.... this is just his opinion...
i chose to take it with a grain of salt... I personally think an exercise is only as effective as the amount you enjoy it. Not meaning that if you don't feel like it, you shouldn't exercise... just meaning.. when I exercise i get more out of it than physical signs... i feel better mentally, emotionally, and physically.... which is why I say being a cookie cutter perfect person is not why I exercise. I agree ... we need to move more...not less.
