This book is an excellent example of why I'm not in the restaurant business, nor do I ever want to be. But I do really admire this alcohol loving, Ramones / Misfits listening chef who makes it all sound so disgusting and oddly romantic at the same time. Anthony Bourdain is a regular in my household, his show "No Reservations" on the Travel Channel is what opened my eyes to his books and his east coast snark which I have a soft place in my heart for. Foodie or not, I think this book can hold it's own.
