My gosh, this book is as addictive as crack cocaine. Bourdain's style is aggressive, funny, and difficult to put down. This book gives you all the "dirt" of working in a real restaurant - a no-holds-barred view of the illegal, drug-induced stuff going on. I wish there were more books like this one!
