At first, I could not get into this book. Then as the time unfolded and the pages flew by, it became one I wanted to keep reading and not put down.
I like how Nella wanted to go to school to be a teacher, but because of an accident, she had to start working. She worked hard and long hours. She had a good head for business, and worked her way up to being an owner of a factory of her own.
This was good. A little hard to get into at first, but it sure finished the way you would think. You did not want to put the book down....
