Read from June 28 to 30, 2012

This is one of the more sci-fy-y books of the series as it delves into a storyline about human cloning, gene manipulation, designer babies and the thought of creating a superior race. It reminded me a lot of Dean Koontz's Frankenstein series.

I found the storyline to be fascinating and interesting, but the book lacked the romance between Eve and Roarke since she was so engrossed in the case. The book was also missing the humor and sarcasm between Eve and well...everybody. If those two things had been present, I feel I may have liked this book a lot better.
