Really didn't like this. My abiding memory of this book was that there was some crackpot theory about Turing's suicide having something to do with Snow White or that perhaps the government had assassinated him for being gay. Alan Turing: The Enigma is massively superior and a proper biography. I suppose this book fills a gap in that it's a 'popular science' biography, but anyone interested in Turing would do well to read another.
