I have read a lot of the Love at Stake series yet, but I'm already a big fan and read this book in less than a day.

In this book Robby has suffered torture by the Malcontents and is forced into a vacation to recuperate and meets a woman who he refers to as his angel. Olivia is a woman who has trouble with relationships because she has a special ability where she can tell if someone is lying and what their emotions are. Robby can't stand betrayal and Olivia has a hard time trusting especially a man she can't read. There is drama, jail break, criminals, romance, battles and most important love.

I recommend the series to anyone who likes vampires and shifters especially where they are the good guys battling evil and of course some biting ;) I think it would be very cool if we could all teleport.
